The DELL COE (Center of Excellence) was launched in collaboration with DELL and The Express Systems Ltd (ESL) on 1st September, 2010 in Dhaka.
The DELL Center of Excellence creates opportunities for customers to connect – with People and Solution. The briefing programme is built on a foundation of trust and commitment to solving problems.
At the DELL COE, visiting customer experience is a build to order briefing based upon their own IT environment. A tailored approach to customer briefings allows Dell to deliver executive- to-executive and peer- to – peer conversations.
The Country Manager of DELL Bangladesh, Mr. Mir Saadat Ali, said that COE will give the opportunity to DELL’s customer, if required to test and do the POC (proof of concept) for new application and storage solution before taking a final decision.
Mr. Andy Sim, regional Enterprise director DELL South Asia ASG Group and along with other DELL team members were also present at the launch.
The Managing Director of ESL Mr. Abdul Fattah said the main goal of COE is to improve the organization and implementation of research and thus achieve better use and value of the know-how potential and strength. The COE will contribute a lot for the development of the IT sector in Bangladesh. It will be a revolutionary approach in the IT sector in Bangladesh.”
