D.Net & Citi Bank N.A. Bangladesh with financial support from Citi Foundation has launched the Second Citi Financial IT Case competition (CFICC). In this competition, students from different public and private universities as well as institutions will be working for developing IT solution for financial institutions within the scope of this competition. The competition intends to promote team work and exchange of business and technology knowledge, raise awareness about business technology education particularly among the young generation who could benefit from it and contribute to the country’s economy as future leaders. Team will consist of 5 team members. 4 university students can form a team for the competition which will include 2 students from business and 2 from IT. In each team one faculty member either from Business or IT will play the role of Project Manager. There will be three round of the competition. Each team will be working on the same case till the end. Bangladesh Open Source Network (BdOSN) is the partner of this competition. Last date of registration is 15 April 2010.
